  3. Haralson (Mildly tart flavor, not acid. Holds its shape and texture in baking)
  4. Honey Crisp ( A new favorite, crisp and sweet)
  5. Liberty (Their pinkish white flesh is not very acidic and nicely sweet.)
  6. Macoun  (They are a cross between the McIntosh and Jersey Black
  7. McIntosh  (semi-sweet, hard.First Mac’s of the season)
  8. Spartan( These are great all-purpose apples for eating, cooking and baking)
  9. Jonafree (They are crisp, juicy, sweet and are a low-acid apple)
  10. Nodhead (Nodheads are a medium sized apple with a nice, freckled, blush and a smooth, sweet taste)
  11. Snow apple (They are nice a crisp, good for eating and cooking)
  12. Rolfe  (Known for their nice white flesh and crisp texture)
  13. Rhode Island Greening (People love their crisp, tart taste which resembles the Granny Smith)
  14. Wolf River ( These hardy apples are best for cooking and keep their shape quite well. Their name comes from the fact that they were first found growing near the Wolf River in Fremont, Wisconsin in 1875)
