Yellow Transparent

A Yellow Transparent apple with dew.Yellow Transparents are an early season apple that ripens around mid July with a yellowish green color. They are tender, juicey, and mildly acidic, tasting similar to a Granny Smith. These apples are a favorite for apple sauce.
